Maestro In Blue Season 2 OTT Release Date: After a successful first season in 2023, Maestro In Blue is returning for a second season on May 16, 2024. Renewing the series was a huge deal for Netflix since it was their first international streaming of a Greek series.

New Delhi: Many people are eagerly anticipating the arrival of Season 2 of The Maestro in Blue on Netflix. Season 2 of Christopher Papakaliatis’s Maestro in Blue, a Greek murder thriller, will premiere on May 16, after the worldwide success of season 1.

Season 1 of the musical drama premiered in Greece in late 2022. On March 17, 2023, Netflix bought the first nine episodes of season 1 and aired them. Many dubs, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, are available on Netflix in addition to the original Greek audio version of the episode.

To this day, it is still the most-watched Greek Original title on Netflix, and it is still the only Greek series available on the service.

Plot

Orestis, the protagonist of the story, is a troubled musician who, after the COVID lockdown, offers to host a music festival on a little Greek island. And there, he meets Klelia, a driven 19-year-old whose heart is full of music and the piano. He meets love and becomes caught up in other people’s lives as he travels. Unfortunately, tragedy strikes when a murderer disrupts the tranquillity of the little island, casting a shadow over their lives.

Cast and Crew

Christopher Papakaliatis plays the character of Orestis, while Klelia Andriolatou plays the role of Klelia. Marisha Triantafyllidou, Fanis Mouratidis, Orestis Chalkias, Maria Kavoyianni, and Haris Alexiou are among the other remarkable members of the ensemble cast.

In addition to playing the male lead, Christopher Papakaliatis also serves as the director and writer. The series was co-directed by Akis Polizos. The score was composed by Konstantinos Christides, while Antonis Zkeris shot the cinematography. Giorgos Moshovitis is the showrunner under Foss Productions.
