New Delhi: After a brief absence, Tyler Perry has returned with yet another crime drama, this time including a thrilling twist. The most recent project that Tyler Perry has worked on with Netflix is titled Mea Culpa, and it is a collaboration with the singer-actor Kelly Rowland.

A self-made billionaire, director Tyler Perry has done it all on his own. For more than twenty years, he has been a part of the entertainment industry, showcasing his many talents as an actor, writer, director, and filmmaker. After playing the role of Mabel “Madea” Simmons in 2005’s Diary of a Mad Black Woman, he became famous suddenly.

Now, the title of Tyler Perry’s newest Netflix film, Mea Culpa, which translates to “My Fault” in Latin, seems to be somewhat exciting.

Plot

Mea Harper, an ambitious criminal defence attorney, takes on the case of an artist who is suspected of killing his girlfriend in the narrative of Mea Culpa.

Mea desires to one day become a powerful boss at her firm. So, she decides to embark on this challenging case, which involves the artist being accused of murdering his lover, since she believes that doing so would help her to get promoted in her career.
