Mercy Killing OTT Release Date: Chakrapani Ananda and Sai Kumar’s low-budget action-drama Mercy Killing will soon be available to watch on digital screens, most likely from September 28, 2024.
The movie, helmed by Venkat Ramana Surapalli, was released in theaters on April 12 2024 & went highly unnoticed at the Box Office. Despite Sai’s commendable acting performance, the film failed at the ticket windows, and now, it is all set to land on Aha Video which has bought the Telugu entertainer’s digital rights for a negligible price.
Plot of the Film
Written by Venkat Ramanan Surupalli, Mercy Killing follows the story of Swecha, a lady who is ridiculed by society for having no clue about her mother and father. To put an end to this humiliation and find her parents she embarks on a challenging journey to find her parents and get answers to the questions which have always lingered in her mind.
During her quest, Swecha also crosses paths with Mahesh and Bharati who starts to see her as their good friend in no time. Soon after, the duo joins forces with the woman and leaves no stone unturned in helping her find her parents. Will Swecha and her new friends succeed in their search? In its skilled cast, Mercy Killing features actors including Garshana Srinivas, Anand Chakrapani, FM Babai, Ishwarya Vullingala, Shaking Shesu, Harika Pedada, Surya, Ramaraju and Sai Kumar in pivotal roles.
Siddhar Hariyala, in association with Madhavi Talabattula, has produced the movie under the banner of Sai Siddhartha Movie Makers.
