Midnight Korean Movie OTT Release Date: Kwon Oh-seung’s 2021 release acclaimed psychological horror movie Midnight, which stars Jin Ki-Joo and Wi Ha-joon in lead roles, is soon coming to entertain Indian fans on digital screens.

Released in South Korean cinemas on June 30th, 2021, the flicker received a decent reception from the cinemagoers who lauded it for its gripping narrative, engaging story & brilliant acting performances. Years after enjoying a commercially successful Box office run, it is now all geared up to test its luck on OTT by landing on Lionsgate Play in the coming days.

From October 11th, 2024, Midnight will become available for watching online on Lionsgate Play, an emerging digital platform that has been lately rolling out a variety of top-quality foreign movies for Indian audiences at affordable subscription prices.

Plot of the Film

Kyeong-Mi, a deaf lady, is employed at a call center where she uses her sign language expertise to help those suffering from the same disability as hers. One fateful night, on her way back home, she becomes the sole eye witness to the ruthless murder of Choi So-jung, a young girl stabbed to death by a dangerous serial killer named Do-shik.

Now, Kyeong-Mi, being the only eyewitness to the crime, is a red-hot target on Do-shik’s hit list, with Choi So-jung’s brother, mother, and security guard being her only hope of protection.
