About Midnight Movie
Directed and written by Kwon Oh-seung, Midnight, premiered on the big screens on June 30th, 2021. During its theatrical run, the psychological drama received an overwhelmingly positive reception from movie lovers who hailed it as one of the most promising crime-mystery thrillers released in recent years.
However, keeping aside the positive word of mouth & commercial success, the Korean Flicker also received a fair share of criticism from movie experts, mainly because of its sluggish face & irrational choices made by its characters.

Plot of the Film
Kyung-Mi, a deaf woman works as a sign language expert at a call center to help those who have similar hearing impairment to her. One day, on her way home, she witnesses Do-shik, a serial killer brutally murdering a woman named Choi So-jung.
Following that, Do-shik starts pursuing her and now, it is on So-Jung’s brother Jong-tak to ensure Kyung-Mi’s safety from the killer. Will Jong, with the help of the security guard and Kyung-mi’s mother, manage to save the young girl from the evil clutches of Do-shick? Watch the movie to learn the answers.
