New Delhi: Malayalam star Tovino Thomas, who was last seen in blockbuster hit ‘Minnal Murali’, has now revealed his favorite actor he loves to see in a superhero movie.
In an exclusive interview, Thomas said that actor Hrithik Roshan is a ‘proper superhero material’ for him.
“Whenever I hear the word ‘superhero’, I think Hrithik Roshan is the proper superhero material from India. He looks like a superhero. Greek God”, he told leading English daily Bollywood Hungama in a recent interview.
The actor also revealed that Hrithik and Priyanka Chopra starrer ‘Krrish’ is his favorite Indian superhero movie apart from Anil Kapoor, Sridevi starrer ‘Mr India’.
Back in 2020, Hrithik tweeted had congratulated Thomas and team Minnal Murali in his tweet that read, “Introducing the fastest Superhero #MinnalMurali played by the eclectic @ttovino. My best wishes to the team, looking forward to the film.”
To this, Tovino had replied, “Thank you sir.”

For the unversed, OTT giant Netflix had recently premiered the superhero movie ‘Minnal Murali’.
Set in the ’90s, ‘Minnal Murali’ unfolds the tale of an ordinary man who becomes a superhuman after being struck by lightning. The film features Malayalam star, Tovino Thomas in a never seen before avatar of a superhero.
In addition to Malayalam, the film was also released on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English on December 24.
