Miss World 2021: Who is Manasa Varanasi? Meet the diva who will represent India at prestigious beauty pageant

Manasa is a profession Indian classical dancer. She considers Priyanka Chopra, who became Miss World in 2000, as her idol.

New Delhi: After Chandigarh’s Harnaaz Sandhu nabbed the title of Miss Universe 2021 on Monday, all eyes are now towards the grand finale of Miss World 2021. Mansa Varanasi will represent India in the Miss World 2021 pageant to be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

However, The prestigious international beauty pageant – Miss World 2021 finale, has been temporarily postponed after several contestants tested positive for Covid.

As per the official statement shared by the Miss World Organization, the program has been temporarily postponed after 17 contestants and staff members including Mansa Varanasi were tested positive for Covid-19. The contestants are currently in isolation.

Here, we’ve brought you some lesser-known facts about Miss India World Mansa Varanasi: 

# Manasa was born in Hyderabad, though her father shifted to Malaysia after her birth. After returning from Malaysia, Manasa completed her intermediate and graduation in India itself.

# Manasa, who is a graduate in Computer Science, enjoys swimming, badminton and table tennis as well.

# After completing her studies, Manasa worked as a Finance Information Exchange Analyst in a private company.
