New Delhi: Mohit malik returned to television screen with Rajan Shahi’s daily soap titled Baatein Kuch Ankahee Shi. He is playing the lead opposite Sayli Salunkhe. The show is airing on Star-Plus under the banner of of Kut Productions. In an interview, Mohit spoke about signing the show and what excites him the most is the script is offered to him.
Talking about his Bollywood debut, Mohit said it would be coming next year. However the actor didn’t reveal further details. The upcoming serial o0f Mohit Malik, ‘Baatein Kuch Ankahee Shi’ has a great plot and his character is pretty interesting he said. He further said I consider myself lucky enough to get such good offers. Rajan Shahi is one of the renowned producer in the Indian Television and one can trust him blindly with the projects he makes, for him the role has to be promising and challenging, he doesn’t want to do repeated stuff and feel stereotyped.
Mohit has been actively working in the Television Industry for several years. He said he is very skeptical while it comes to choosing the script and choice over the time has been changed a little. He said he has started listening to his heart more than his mind, when Rajan Shahi approached him for ‘Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si’, it was a instant yes from his side without a second thought.
After Lockdown Ki story, Mohit took a 2 year long break from Long format of daily soap. He also said he was very choosy about the projects although various projects were offered to him but he wanted to give himself time. He further added he is always open to work for Television and OTT platform.
