New Delhi: It’s been 10 months since Regina Cassandra’s Telugu flicker Nene Naa hit the theaters and now, the film is available for watching in Hindi on OTT.
Helmed by Caarthick Raju, the mystery drama’s Hindi dubbed version, titled ‘Meenakshi’ is currently streaming on the SonyLiv app where it was dropped by the makers on June 12, 2024.
However, it is pivotal to mention here that a subscription to SonyLiv’s premium services is necessary for accessing the film online on the digital platform.
About Nene Naa Movie
On August 25, 2023, Nene Naa, arrived on the big screens starring Regina Cassandra and Akshara Gowda as the centric characters.
However, despite having a decent pre-release buzz, the fantasy drama failed to impress the moviegoers & lost steam at the Box Office within no time.
Eventually, the Regina starrer concluded its box office journey with an underwhelming collection from the ticket windows, compelling makers to release the film’s Telugu version on its digital streaming partner Aha Video within a month of its theatrical premiere.
Nevertheless, now with the movie’s Hindi dubbed version also available for streaming on digital screens, it will be interesting to witness what kind of reception it garners from the Hindi-speaking audiences.
Nene Naa Plot
Ace archaeologist Divya (Played by Regina Cassandra) is helping the authorities with the investigation of a foreigner’s mysterious murder case that has unfolded inside deep forests under questionable circumstances.
During her investigation, Divya unearths some shocking truths about herself & her past life which ends up making her a prime suspect of the crime.
