Here is the list of Best Picture winners at Oscars 2015-21 and the OTT platforms they are streaming on:

 1. Spotlight

Spotlight directed by Tom McCarthy follows the true story of the Boston Globe uncovering a massive child molestation scandal and cover-up within the local Catholic Archdiocese, shaking the entire Catholic Church to its core. The film also won an Oscar for Best Writing, original screenplay.

2. Moonlight (2016)

Moonlight revolves around a young African-American man who grapples with his identity and sexuality while facing the everyday struggles of childhood and adolescence. The film was adapted and directed by Barry Jenkins and he won the Oscar for Best Adaptation as well.

3. Shape of Water (2017)

The film is set in a top-secret research facility in the 1960s, where a lonely janitor forms a relationship with an amphibious creature that is being held in captivity. Apart from the best picture award, the film won three more Oscars including Guillermo Del Toro’s Best Direction.

4. Green Book (2018)

The film revolves around a relationship between a pianist and his driver on a tour of venues through the 1960s American South. This Peter Farrelly directorial venture won three Oscars in total.

5. Parasite

Parasite, directed by Bong Joo Ho, follows the themes of greed and class discrimination threatening the newly formed symbiotic relationship between the wealthy Park family and the destitute Kim clan. It is the first foreign language (Korean) film to win the Oscars for Best Picture.

6. Nomadland

The plot follows a woman in her sixties, after losing everything in the Great Recession, who embarks on a journey living as a van-dwelling modern-day nomad. Nomadland directed by Chole Zhao won three Oscars in total.

7. CODA

The film follows Ruby, the only hearing member in a deaf family, and her passion for music. This Sian Heder directorial film also won three Oscars.
