Parineeti Chopra earns Master Scuba Diver title from PADI, fulfils her 9-year-old dream

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra fulfilled her nine-year-old dream and gets the title of Master Scuba Diver from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). Apart from being an actor, Parineeti is also a trained scuba diver and is fond of water. She also shared a video, which was a compilation of her journey.

Making the announcement, she wrote that getting the title was a ‘surreal feeling’ and that all her hard work and training had now paid off. She thanked PADI for the support and Anees and Shameen Adenwala for teaching her.

Parineeti received a lot of love and congratulatory comments from her colleagues and fans. Neha Dhupia, Maria Goretti, Sudanshu Pandey and others were among the actors who wished her for the achievement.

Master Scuba Diver is an elite title achieved by only two per cent of the divers. A diver gets the title after completing certain certification courses and training programs with not less than 50 dives.

The actor has been sharing her scuba diving videos for a long time on her Instagram handle and has received a lot of appreciation from her fans.

On this occasion, PADI has come up with a giveaway. The winner of the contest gets two full diving certification courses for themselves and a friend. To participate, the user has to follow simple instructions given in the caption of the post.

On the work front, Parineeti was last seen in ‘Uunchai’ alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher and Boman Irani. She will next be seen in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Chamkila’ starring Diljit Dosanjh.
