New Delhi: Veteran filmmaker Pradeep Sarkar died at the age of 67 in the wee hours of Friday, March 24. He was on dialysis.
Pradeep Sarkar directed films like Parineeta and Mardaani.
The news about his death was confirmed by Hansal Mehta.

According to reports, he was on dialysis as his potassium levels had dropped drastically after which he was rushed to the hospital where he passed at 3 am on March 24.

The last rites of the noted filmmaker is scheduled to take place at 4 pm at Santacruz Hindu Crematorium, Mumbai.
