With renowned actor Ajay Devgan reprising his iconic role of an Indian Revenue Service Officer from the first movie, Raid 2 stars several other names including Riteish Deshmukh, Vaani Kapoor, and Saurabh Shukla in its main cast.

Abhishek Pathak, in association with Kumar Mangat Pathak, Bhushan Kumar, Gaurav Nanda, Krishan Kumar, and Pragya Singh has bankrolled the movie under the banner of Panorama Studios and T-Series Films.
