Raju Srivastava passes away: Check late comedian’s last social media posts

The last post by comedian Raju Srivastava on Twitter was shared on September 15.

New Delhi: Comedian Raju Srivastav lost his 41-day battle for his life in Delhi AIIMS on September 21. He was 58. He was admitted to the AIIMS after experiencing chest pain on August 10, according to media reports. It is reported that Srivastav suffered chest while working out at the gym.

Following the death, friends to fans expressed their condolences on social media. Sharing a photo with Srivastav, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his grief over the actor’s demise.

”Raju Srivastava brightened our lives with laughter, humour and positivity. He leaves us too soon but he will continue to live in the hearts of countless people thanks to his rich work over the years. His demise is saddening. Condolences to his family and admirers. Om Shanti,” wrote PM on Twitter.

To keep entertaining his viewers, Raju was also active on social media. When the comedian was not ill and active on his social media accounts, he shared his last stand-up comedy video, titled, ‘Corona Caller- Tune Yaad Hai?’ on YouTube.

The 4-minute-long video was shared a month ago. Since being shared online, the video has received over 3.9 thousand likes and more than 1 lakh views.

On Instagram, Raju Srivastava shared a letter from her daughter Antara Srivastava on August 25. In the letter, she requested everyone to continue their love and prayers for her father’s recovery.
