Samara OTT release date: Rahman and Bharathi’s Malayalam movie Samara was released in theaters on August 11, 2023.

Written and directed by Charles Joseph, the flick received a decent reception from the fans on the big screens, with the audiences especially praising the acting performances of its leading cast.  Ultimately, the movie ended its Box office run on a modest note and later became available for watching on OTT, but only for international audiences.

When and where to watch Samara online on OTT? 

Those who missed the chance of enjoying Samara on the big screens will get to enjoy it online on Manorama Max. From April 30th, 2025, the flick will become available for watching on the OTT gaint and will be accessible to those who have subscribed to its services.

Announcing the same, the streamer recently took to its social media and dropped an intriguing poster of the film. It wrote, “The Malayalam thriller movie Samara, directed by Charles Joseph in his debut, features Rahman, Bharath, Sanjana Deepu, Binoj Willy, and Rahul Madhav in lead roles. It is set to stream on Manorama Max starting April 30.”

In its star cast, Samara features Rahman, Bharath, Sanjana Deepu, and Binoj Willy in pivotal roles. The film is produced by M. K. Subhakaran and Anuj Varghese Villyadath under the banner of Peacock Art House.
