Shah Rukh Khan-Juhi Chawla’s kids Aryan Khan, Suhana & Jhanvi Mehta fill the table in their absence, pics go viral

New Delhi: Apart from Punjab Kings Preity Zinta, Kolkata Knight Riders Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla were missing from the mega auction of Indian Premier League 2022. However, the co-owners of KKR were represented by their kids Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, and Jhanvi Mehta.

The official Twitter account of the Indian Premier League shared glimpses from the pre-auction event in which Aryan was seen having a conversation with a man sitting beside him while Suhana was watching her brother talk. The star kids brother-sister duo opted for white outfits for the event.

Kolkata Knight Riders’ Twitter handle also dropped a few photos with their CEO giving first-hand information and a “crash course in IPL Auction strategies to the Gen Next.”

Reportedly, this was Suhana Khan made her debut in the IPL auction while it was the second time for Aryan Khan and Jhanvi Mehta in place of SRK and Juhi Chawla. Talking to The Indian Express, Juhi said, “Many little things come to mind. One was, how amazing is nature! In a glimpse, Aryan looked like a young Shah Rukh and Jahnavi resembled me so much!”

“I was so glad the children are taking a keen interest in the team. They are not being pushed to do this, they are doing it because they truly wish to. They both keenly follow the sport. Jahnavi wakes up at odd hours of the night, to watch cricket matches in different parts of the world,” she added.

Besides, Aryan Khan made his first public appearance after his arrest in the Mumbai drug case. He was granted bail after spending a month in jail. Suhana Khan, on the other hand, was spotted coming out of director Zoya Akhtar’s office. It is speculated that she will soon be making her Bollywood debut in Zoya’s film.

So far, Kolkata Knight Riders have bought former Delhi Capitals skipper Shreyas Iyer at Rs 12.25 crore. The team has retained players namely Andre Russell, Varun Chakravarthy, Venkatesh Iyer, and Sunil Narine.
