New Delhi: Marvel Studio’s ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ is set to release on OTT on August 18. The web series features Tatiana Maslany entering the shoes of Mark Ruffalo, who played Bruce Banner aka Hulk. The show will take the story in the MCU forward.
The show revolves around Jennifer Walters aka She-Hulk, who is also an attorney at law, apart from being a superhero. As the trailer shows, Bruce is training his cousin Jennifer to become a hero. She will be seen juggling between her life as She-Hulk and as a lawyer. The series will also feature the supervillain, Abomination, played by Tim Roth.
Though the exact plot of the show is unknown, it is anticipated that it will be similar to that of the comics. As per Marvel Comics, Jennifer meets an accident and his cousin Bruce Banner donates his blood for her. That blood, eventually, turns Jennifer into the She-Hulk.
A show that has a lawyer turned superhero, does it reminds you of someone? Yes, the Daredevil is back. Charlie Cox will be seen playing Matt Murdock aka Daredevil in ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’. The character of Matt Murdock was last seen in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ which hinted at the character’s return to the MCU. Moreover, as Marvel Studios announced its future ventures, it also announced ‘Daredevil: Born Again’. Apart from Murdock, the series also has Benedict Wong playing the character of Wong.
When and where to watch?
‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ will release on Disney+Hotstar on August 18. However, just like other Marvel shows, it will release a single episode every week. The first episode will start streaming at 12:30 pm IST.
The series is created by Jessica Gao, who is also the head writer of the show. Other actors featuring in the show include Jameel Jamila as Titania, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, Josh Segarra and Ginger Gonzaga.
