New Delhi: Marvel Studios released the trailer of ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ at San Diego Comic-Con. The upcoming web series features Tatiana Maslany entering the shoes of Mark Ruffalo, who played Bruce Banner aka Hulk.
The trailer showed Bruce training his cousin Jennifer Walters to become She-Hulk, a hero. However, Jennifer is more interested in her profession as a lawyer. Though the plot of the series is not revealed yet, Jennifer will be seen juggling between her life as She-Hulk and as a lawyer. The series will also feature the supervillain, Abomination, played by Tim Roth. The character of Abomination was last seen in Marvel’s 2008 film ‘The Incredible Hulk’ and then in the credit scene of ‘Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings’.
The series is created by Jessica Gao, who is also the head writer of the show. Other actors featuring in the show include Jameel Jamila as Titania, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, Josh Segarra and Ginger Gonzaga. The web show will also star Benedict Wong as Wong. Marvel gave a surprise to its fans as in the last shot of the trailer we can see Matt Murdock aka Daredevil, who did the lawyer-super hero thing before She-Hulk.
It is anticipated that the plot will be similar to that of the comics. As per Marvel Comics, Jennifer meets an accident and his cousin Bruce Banner donates his blood for her. That blood, eventually, turns Jennifer into the She-Hulk.
The series will stream on Disney+Hotstar on August 17.
