Suhana has recently acquired three houses and a significant parcel of land in the picturesque town of Alibaug, Maharashtra.

New Delhi: As Suhana Khan gears up for her much-anticipated acting debut, the daughter of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has made headlines with a substantial real estate acquisition. Reportedly, Suhana has recently acquired three houses and a significant parcel of land in the picturesque town of Alibaug, Maharashtra, for a staggering sum of Rs 12.91 crore.

According to Hindustan Times, Suhana’s purchase includes a sprawling 1.5-acre agricultural land, accompanied by structures spanning an impressive 2,218 square feet. The land was acquired from three sisters, Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot, who inherited the property from their parents. The transaction was finalized with a stamp duty payment of Rs 77.46 lakh. Notably, the property is registered under the name of Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, with Gauri Khan’s mother, Savita Chhibber, and sister, Namita Chhibber, listed as directors.

Situated near Thal village, the newly acquired land holds strategic significance. The registration documents specifically categorize Suhana Khan as an ‘agriculturist,’ reflecting the nature of the property and its potential usage.

The registration process, completed on June 1, involved the payment of stamp duty amounting to Rs 77.46 lakh. Detailed records reveal that the transaction encompasses 1.5 acres of agricultural land, along with existing structures spanning an area of 2,218 square feet.

Interestingly, the Khan family is no stranger to the region, as Shah Rukh Khan himself reportedly owns a lavish sea-facing property in Thal which has a helipad and a swimming pool.

In the midst of her property investment, Suhana Khan is also making waves in the entertainment industry. Her acting debut is set to take place in director Zoya Khan’s upcoming Netflix film, “The Archies.” The film, which blends elements of the popular “Riverdale” series with a nostalgic 1960s Indian backdrop, has generated significant buzz among fans. Suhana’s co-stars include Khushi Kapoor, daughter of producer Boney Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda, grandson of legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan.

Having graduated with a degree in acting from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2022, Suhana Khan’s career is gaining momentum. Apart from her film commitments, she has also attracted numerous brand endorsement offers, further cementing her position in the industry. As her debut film inches closer to release, fans eagerly await the arrival of Suhana Khan on the big screen, anticipating a promising and impactful performance.
