The 37-year-old song by Kate Bush, ‘Running Up That Hill’ (A Deal with God) has already been made into our music playlist, and all thanks to Max. Now, American band Metallica’s iconic 1986 song ‘Master of Puppets’ that created a roar in the metal music across the world, has probably made the metal fans head-bang in their homes in 2022 after Eddie strung the right cord in Vecna’s backyard.

Metallica fans started pouring in their emotions after quite an enthralling episode. Take a look at what fans are saying:

The album Master of Puppets, in 2016 was included in the National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress for being “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.” It was the first time that a metal record was given such an honour.

Metallica who is an active band even in 2022 saw themselves making the headlines after their frontman and lead singer, James Hetfield talked about his artistic insecurities in a moment of rare public vulnerability. While performing in Brazil’s Belo Horizonte, in front of around 60,000 audiences Hetfield said “I gotta tell ya, I wasn’t feeling very good before I came out here. Feeling a little bit insecure, like, ‘I’m an old guy, I can’t play anymore’- all this bullsh*t that I tell myself in my head.” Pointing to his bandmates, he stated how conversing with them helped him to cope with his struggles. They hugged him and told him that if he finds himself struggling on the stage then “we’ve got your back.”

Hetfield and his bandmates including guitarist Kirk Hammett, bassist Rob Trujillo, and drummer Lars Ulrich shared a group hug on the stage with cheers from the audience in the backdrop. “And seeing you out there, I am not alone. I am not alone, and neither are you,” Hetfield told the audience.
