Suzhal: The Vortex Season 2 OTT Release Date: The wait is finally over and the official premiere date of the much anticipated second installment of Pushkar–Gayathri’s 2022 release crime drama Suzhal: The Vortex has been unveiled by the series’ makers.

Featuring stars like Kathir and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles, the thriller series is all set to make its way to the OTT screens, offering viewers a chance to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes.

Suzhal: The Vortex Season 2 is ready to entertain the fans by landing on Amazon Prime Video on February 28th, 2025. It will be available for watching in multiple languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kanada, and Hindi.

Plot

Written by Pushkar–Gayathri, the web series’s story unfolds in a fictional town called Kaalipattanam. Set against the Ashtakaali festival’s backdrop, it tells the story of a renowned Lawyer who had presented the case of Nandini, a woman who was found dead under mysterious circumstances.

As Sakkarai, Nandini’s old friend who is a Sub-inspector by profession arrives to console his dead friend’s grieving family, forgotten secrets & shocking truths get unearthed while Kaalipattanam celebrates the vibrant festival of Ashtakaali. In addition to Kathir and Aishwarya,  Suzhal: The Vortex Season 2 flaunts an ensemble of skilled actors including Rajesh, Lal, Samyuktha Viswanathan, Monisha Blessy, Manjima Mohan, Saravanan, Gouri Kishan, Ashwini Nambiar, Nikhila Sankar, Rini, Abhirami Bose, Kalaivani Bhaskar, and Shrisha in pivotal roles.
