Terminator Zero OTT Release Date: Anime fans are in for a surprise as a brand new sci-fi series from the Terminator universe, written by Mattson Tomlin, is set to arrive on the digital screens this monsoon.
Directed by Masashi Kudo, the promising animated actioner titled ‘Terminator Zero’ is ready to make your weekends exciting by making its digital debut on Netflix in August 2024. Here’s what you should know about the upcoming science fiction thriller ahead of its premiere on OTT.

As already announced by Netflix through its official social media handles, Terminator Zero, featuring the voice of Timothy Olyphant amongst others, will hit the digital screens on August 29th, 2024.

The show, comprising a total of 8 episodes, will offer quality entertainment to anime lovers who will soon get to enjoy it conveniently from the comfort of their homes. However, one will need to have a subscription to Netflix’s services to access the series on the OTT platform.
Plot
It is 2022 and Skynet, a self-aware Artificial Intelligence developed in 1997, has triggered an everlasting struggle between humanity and machines over the past two decades. In a bid to stop this exhausting war, a secret soldier now must travel back in time and ensure the safety of a scientist (Malcolm Lee) and his family to help him develop a rival AI system designed to stop the tyrannies of Skynet.
However, saving Malcolm Lee ain’t an easy task as a sinister entity from the future is trying constantly to foil his plans by harming him and his three children.
