A fascinating trailer for the forthcoming documentary Testament: The Story of Moses was recently released by streaming giant Netflix. From the vantage points of historians and specialists, it delves into the ascent of God’s chosen one, Moses, and the Israelites’ departure.
Beginning with his time in Judea as an outcast and murderer, the three-part series follows Moses as he becomes a prophet and the saviour of the Hebrews.

Plot
Testament: The Story of Moses is a documentary series that attempts to examine Moses’ life from several perspectives and historical periods.
The life of Moses, who went from being a murderer and social pariah to a prophet and the saviour of the Hebrews from Egypt, is brought to life in this series. Moses’ rise to prominence and faith in God are depicted in this documentary.
To further illuminate the historical events related to the sacred texts of the Torah, Qur’an, and Bible, the riveting docudrama incorporates some expert interviews via talking heads.
From the Nile River to Mount Sinai and the Red Sea, the trailer follows a stranger named Moses as he climbs to great spiritual power. Also featured in the Bible are the Israelites’ departure and Moses’ journey toward salvation.
Using a combination of dramatization, expert opinion, and interviews with historians, the docudrama covers the events surrounding the collapse of Pharaoh’s empire and the people’s confidence in Moses as God’s chosen one.
