Thudarum OTT Release Date: Veteran Malayalam star Mohanlal is ready to enthrall the digital audiences with his latest crime thriller Thudarum. Directed by Tharun Moorthy, who is acclaimed for his work in Balu Varghese’s 2021 release super-hit movie Operation Java, the film also features Binu Pappu and Irshad amongst others as a part of its main cast. It was released on the big screens on April 25th, 2025, under the banner of Rajeputhra Visual Media.
When and where to watch Thundarum online on OTT?
Thundarum emerged as a major success at the Box office. With its collection standing at a towering figure of Rs 214 crores, the film is currently the highest-grossing Malayalam movie of the year.
As for the fans who didn’t make it to the theaters during the Mohanlal starrer’s Box office run and are now eagerly waiting for the film to land on OTT, the good news is that the movie is all set to arrive on your digital screens on May 30th, 2025. From tomorrow onwards, it will be available for watching on JioHotstar in five major languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada.

Cast and Production
Besides starring Mohanlal, Binu Pappu, and Irshad, Thudarum also features Prakash Varma, Farhaan Faasil, Maniyanpilla Raju, Binu Pappu, Aarsha Chandini Baiju, Thomas Mathew, Sangeeth Prathap, and Krishna Prabha in pivotal roles. M. Renjith has bankrolled the film under the banner of 25 April 2025.
