Trigger is all set to make its digital debut on Netflix, which is the official OTT partner of the web series. From July 25th, 2025, the 10-episode drama will start streaming online on the OTT gaint and will be available exclusively to the platform’s subscribers.
Plot
The formerly gun-free nation of South Korea, where purchasing arms and ammunition used to be extremely challenging for the folks, is now witnessing a chaotic situation with an abundance of unregistered weapons flooding the streets of the country in unmarked boxes.
As deadly weapons become easily accessible to civilians, major unrest is witnessed in the country, and to counter to same, Kim Nam-gil, a former military sniper, returns to the battlefield intending to investigate the matter and bring an end to this nightmarish situation that has almost turned his country into a warzone.
