Untold: Hope Solo vs. U.S. Soccer OTT Release Date: The Streaming Platform Netlfix is coming up with a lot of exciting content for its sports fans. This time they are coming up with a story of a Goal-Keeper Hope Solo. It will be available for streaming from 3rd September on Netflix.

About the Documentary 

The Documentary is about the American Goal-Keeper Hope Solo who used to play for the U.S Women’s National Soccer team from 2000 to 2016. Hope Solo was a World Champion and a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist.

She was regarded as one of the top goal-keepers of all times. She was born in Richland, Washington in 1981 and her father was a Vietnam war veteran. Her father taught her how to play soccer from a young age.

The American Goal-Keeper’s parents got divorced when she was just 6 and she stayed with her mother. But she got a chance to connect with her father once again when she was in college.

Her father was a major influence in her life until he died in 2007 of a Heart Attack. Solo is married to former American Football Player Jerramy Stevens. Things took a dramatic turn when the American was arrested and charged with assault in the forth degree.

One was against her half sister and one was against her half nephew. After pleading not guilty she was released on the same day. Meanwhile, ss the case continued for some time, Solo missed playing one game.

In 2022, the American Goal-keeper was arrested for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. Her twins were also in car when she was arrested. However she pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and charges for resisting arrest and child abuse were dismissed.
