New Delhi: Vaibhavi Upadhyay, an actor, passed away in a car mishap on Tuesday morning. She was well-known for her roles in a variety of TV series and films, including the popular sitcom “Sarabhai vs Sarabhai.” JD Majethia, the show’s producer, confirmed her death on social media and hailed Vaibhavi as a “fine actress.”
Jasmin portrayed Maya Sarabhai’s niece, who speaks amusing English. Maya presents herself as the girl who thinks in Gujarati, then translates her thoughts into Hindi, and finally frames it in English in one moment. Vaibhavi’s role was well-liked, and the crowd praised her performance. Vaibhavi was 32 years old when she died. According to reports, the actor’s car fell near Himachal Pradesh. Her last rituals will be given today in Mumbai. Apart from ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’, Upadhyay acted in the movies ‘Chhapaak’, ‘Kya Qasoor Hai Amla Ka’, and ‘Please Find Attached’. The actor was a prominent figure in Gujarati theatre circles.
