Vidaamuyarchi OTT Release: Vidaamuyarchi, a Tamil flick boasting Ajith Kumar as the male lead, was released in theaters earlier this month on February 6th, 2025. So far, the movie, helmed by Mazigh Thirumeni, has received a modest reception from the cinemagoers who are lauding its compelling storyline and impactful acting performances.
Speaking of the action thriller’s Box office performances, it has already amassed a total of Rs 113.25 crores and is still holding its ground on the ticket windows. This makes it obvious that the Ajith starrer is not hitting the digital screens anytime soon and will continue with its Box office journey at least for the rest of this month.
Neverthless, reports about the film’s tentative OTT premiere date have already started doing rounds on social media, claiming that the Tamil thriller might make its digital premiere on Netflix on or around March 7th, 2025.
In addition to this, the same reports are also hinting that around mid-April 2025, the movie will also find its way to the television screen on Sun TV, allowing fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes. An official confirmation about the same, however, is yet to be made by the makers.
Cast and Production
With Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan, and Arjun Sarja sharing the frame as its leading trio, Vidaamuyarchi boasts several other actors like Arvind Swami, Santhanam, Sathyaraj, Yogi Babu, and Nassar in its star-studded cast. Subaskaran Allirajah has bankrolled the action thriller flick with Lyca Productions backing it under their official production banner.
