New Delhi: Despite receiving mixed reviews for the 10th entry in the “Fast and Furious” franchise picture, “Fast X” appears to be moving along at a speedy clip at the global box office. This weekend, “Fast X” made a strong debut by unseating “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”. Additionally, it has already taken the top spot at the box office.
The fans are excited about its launching date. The OTT release date of “Fast X” has not yet been officially announced by the “Fast and Furious” franchise film creators. However, it is likely to be released on the Roku channel, Peacock, and Starz, instead of some more famous platforms like HBO Maz or Disney Plus. Meanwhile, it is expected to be released in August 2023 or September 2023.
“Fast X” stars Brie Larson, Rita Moreno, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, and a Jason Momoa-played villain, in addition to the established cast members Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, and Jordana Brewster. Louis Leterrier, who took over as director from Justin Lin during production, also welcomed several newcomers. In addition to Jason Statham, Charlize Theron, Scott Eastwood, and Helen Mirren, the cast is constantly growing.
Looking at the response, the $6 billion franchise’s final installment received mixed reviews. However, Fast X has the current rotten tomato score at 54 percent.
For the unversed, the Universal Pictures release, Fast X, is rated as PG 13 for violence and action sequences with some language and suggestive content. The 134 minute culmination is rated by the Motion Picture Association of America.
