New Delhi: Veteran Punjabi actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh, who is currently busy basking in the success of his latest Netflix movie Amar Singh Chamkila, wished all his fans and followers on the merry occasion of Biasakhi.
Taking to his official Instagram handle, the 40-year-old actor extended his heartfelt greetings on the festival & wrote, “Vaisakhi Dian Sari Sangat Nu Lakh Lakh Mubarkan” ( I wish a very happy Biashakhi to each and everyone out there.”
Along with his message, Diljit also shared a video of his recent Gurudwara visit & the same went viral amongst his fans within no time.

In the clip, the Panj tara singer, wearing a sober while Kurta paired Yellow turban is observed offering his prayers in front of the holy Guru Granth Sahib. The latter half of the video further shows the singer peacefully sitting on the Gurudwara’s floor while listening to a Shabad with his eyes closed.

Soon after Diljit dropped his Gurudwara visit video on Instagram, many of the singer’s fans quickly came to the comments box & lauded the singer for not forgetting his roots.

Helmed by ace Bollywood director Imtiaz Ali, the series, based on the life story of legendary Punjabi Singer Amar Singh Chamkila and his wife Amarjot Kaur, is currently garnering massive praise from fans & critics alike who are hailing it as a masterpiece.
The Biographical drama, produced by Imtiaz Ali in collaboration with Mohit Choudhary, was released on Netflix under the banner of Window Seat Films and Select Media Holdings LL on April 12, 2024.
