New Delhi: Parinieeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged a couple of days ago and expressing their gratitude towards fans and media, the couple penned a heartwarming note on social media. Sharing a note on Instagram, they thanked people for the ‘positivity’ and the love they received as they exchanged the rings.
The note said that they come from different worlds, indicating Parineeti is an actor while Raghav has a political background, they wrote that it is a union of both their worlds. Thanking the media for the coverage and support, they wrote that they are ‘touched’ by what they have read and seen about the engagement ceremony.

Their engagement ceremony was a vivid affair and the grand ceremony was attended by film stars including Parineeti’s cousin Priyanka Chopra, Mika Singh, and others while on the political side Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, and other AAP leaders graced the event.
Parineeti and Raghav also shared pictures from the ceremony, officially announcing their union.
CM Arvind Kejriwal, who is also the convener of AAP, also shared a couple of pictures and congratulated the couple for a new beginning. AAP MP Raghav Chadha took to Twitter and replied thanking him for his presence and blessings. He wrote that Kejriwal’s blessings made his special day more special and expressed gratitude from his and Parineeti’s side.

The couple wore matching cream-white outfits to their engagement ceremony. Parineeti’s outfit was designed by celebrity designer Manish Malhotra.
