New Delhi: Following their pre-wedding ceremony namely Sangeet, Mehendi, and Haldi, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are ready for their saat pheras (the wedding vows as per Hindu ritual). The grand wedding will be taking place at the Six Senses Fort Barwara Hotel in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan.
Two wedding ceremonies will be conducted according to two traditions. As reported by ETimes, the couple’s Punjabi-style wedding will take place on Thursday afternoon. Vicky and Katrina will be tying the knot between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM.
Reportedly, a magnificent mandap has been constructed under which the duo’s wedding will be taking place. The mandap looks like a gazebo and has been made out of glass. As per the report by Pinkvilla, the mandap has been constructed in such a way that it faces the Chauth ka Barwara temple.
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif along with their families and friends reached the wedding destination on December 6. On December 7, pre-wedding festivity began, starting with the Mehendi ceremony. Reportedly, the couple and the guests had an amazing Sangeet night with Bollywood songs playing at the venue. According to Pinkvilla, the couple hosted a grand ballroom party on Wednesday night.
The couple has strictly restricted posting of pictures, videos of the wedding festivities and also no share of location. Besides, the guests were made to sign a non-disclosure form.
