Patna (Bihar): Niraj Singh Babloo, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA and a relative of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, on Tuesday claimed that witnesses in Sushant’s death case are being threatened and might be killed. He further claimed that the Mumbai police is not providing protection to them.
“Witnesses are being threatened, and Mumbai Police is not even providing protection to them. The way things are unfolding, the witnesses might get killed. We demand that witnesses should be given police protection,” he said while speaking to ANI.
Notably, the Central Bureau of Investigation has registered an FIR against actor Rhea Chakraborty and others in connection with the actor’s death after the Centre accepted Bihar government’s recommendation to transfer the probe in the matter from Patna.
While the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty has claimed that he was battling depression, Sushant’s family refuses to believe it and has accused the Jalebi actress of abetment to suicide.
Now, in the latest twist, a ‘mystery’ spiritual healer has come forward and revealed that Rhea Chakraborty contacted him to treat Sushant Singh Rajput’s depression. He has also claimed that he had healed Sushant up to ninety percent.
According to a report by Times Now, on Sunday evening it emerged that Sushant was reportedly treated by a Thane-based spiritual healer for depression. This apparently occurred sometime in November last year, and the spiritual healer was supposedly contacted by Rhea Chakraborty, the late actor’s girlfriend. In an interview with Times Now, Mohan Sadashiv Joshi claims that he met Sushant Singh Rajput and his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
An FIR was registered in Patna on a complaint filed by KK Singh, Rajput’s father, under sections related to abetment to suicide. The actor was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14.
It’s been just a little over two months since the late actor passed away by alleged suicide after he was found hanging in his Mumbai apartment on June 14, 2020.
