Zwigato OTT Release Date: Veteran Indian comedian Kapil Sharma’s 2022 release movie Zwigato is finally bracing itself for a digital release after a significant gap of a year & half since its theatrical premiere.
Helmed by Nanditha Das, the critically acclaimed Hindi drama, which sees Kapil stepping into the shoes of a food delivery agent, is ready to make its long-awaited digital debut in October 2024, allowing the fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes. Zwigato OTT Release Date and Platform
Starring Shahana Goswami & Kapil in the lead roles, Zwiagto will land on Amazon Prime Video on October 25th, 2024.
However, in order to access the movie on the digital streamer, a subscription to Prime’s premium services will be mandatory for the viewers.
Plot of the Film
Penned by Sameer Nair in association with the film’s director Nandita, Zwigato tells the tale of Manas Singh Mahto, a man who becomes a food delivery partner after losing his job as a factory worker.
Every day presents Mehto with new chaos as he struggles to make ends meet with his low-paying job while trying his best to silver people’s orders on time to maintain a healthy customer rating.
Meanwhile, witnessing Mehto work all day long to support the family, Mehto’s homemaker wife Pratima also starts to look for small-time jobs to earn money, support his income & shake off the burden of being the sole bread earner of the household from her husband’s shoulders.
What happens next & how the couple manages to find their fair share of happy moments in the middle of this never-ending struggle to make money is the remaining story of the film.
