A Congress delegation, led by party chief Sonia Gandhi, met President Ram Nath Kovind on Thursday and submitted a memorandum on the Delhi violence. While speaking to press after meeting President, Sonia Gandhi said that Centre and Delhi govt remained mute spectators while armed miscreants run riot in the city.
