With Delhi set to vote on February 8, the Election Commission is busy finalising the last-minute preparations for the polling. Electoral staff members were seen carrying Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) machine to electoral booths on Friday.
