Protests over Covid-19 patient raped in ambulance by driver (PICs)
A teenage girl, tested positive for Covid-19 was allegedly raped by the ambulance driver while she was enroute to the hospital in Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. Angered and outraged over the incident, members of Mahila Congress and BJP Mahila Morcha protested against barbaric crime and demanded Health Minister’s resignation. The accused has been identified as 29-year-old V Noufal, a habitual offender with criminal cases against him.
