11 killed in blast by Maoists in Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada, CM Bhupesh Baghel says “Naxals won’t be spared”

The Home Ministry Officials said that Amit Shah assured all the possible help to Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel. 

New Delhi: Officials on Wednesday informed that at least ten DRG (District Reserve Guard) personnel and one civilian was killed in blast carried out by Maoists in Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada.

The IED attack was carried out on a vehicle which was carrying ten District Reserve Guard personnel near Aranpur in Dantewada district.

The incident took place when the DRG perdonnel were returning back to their base camp.

Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel called the incident as saddening. He also offered his  condolences to the bereaved families.

CM Bhagel said that the fight is in its last stage and Naxals won’t be spared.

Bhupesh Bhagel also shared the information on his Twitter account.

Following the tragic incident, Union Home Minister Amit Shah also spoke to Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel over the naxal attack.

The Home Ministry Officials said that Amit Shah assured all the possible help to Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel.

IG Bastar, P Sundarraj said that bodies of all those killed in the attack are being evacuated from the spot.

He also informed that search operation is underway.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal called the Naxal’s attack as cowardly act of Naxalites. He also paid his humble tribute to the martyred soldiers.
