
New Delhi: Few days after actor and National Commission for Women (NCW) member Khushbu Sundar opened up being sexually abused by her father when she was a child, now Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal has also made some shocking disclosure.
Swati Maliwal said that she was sexually abused by her own father when she was a little girl. She said he used to beat her a lot.
She said that she was terrified when her father came home, and often hid under the bed.
She further said that her father said that her father used to hold her from her ponytails and banged her head against the wall.

Maliwal said she stayed with her father till she was in fourth standard and this happened several times.
She said she used to bleed from the head on impact. Maliwal said that only those who suffers a lot of atrocities will only understand the pain of others.
Khushbu Sundar on sexual abuse by father at 8
Earlier, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Khushbu Sundar said that she was sexually abused by her father when she was young and she is not ashamed about the incident as she came out with honesty.
Recently, Khushbu Sundar was recently nominated as a member of the National Commission for Women, alongside two others.
In 2010, Khushbu joined politics with DMK and after working for four years she then joined Indian National Congress.
After her six years of service to the Congress, then she joined BJP on October 12, 2020.
