New Delhi: Days after shocking details of the murder of a woman in Delhi made headlines, now another horrific murder case has come to light but this time from Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur.
The accused accepted the killing of the woman in a shot video with the victim’s body and shared it on social media.
The victim has been identified as Shilpa Jharia, 25, who was killed by Abhijit Patidar.
Abhijit Patidar claimed that he killed Shilpa by slitting her throat. Shilpa’s body was recovered from a room at Mekhla Resort in Jabalpur.
In the video that Abhijit Patidar shared on social media, he can be heard saying “Bewafai Nahi Karne Ka” and then he lifts up the blanket to reveal the victim’s body.
In another video, he can be identifying himself as a trader from Patna. He also named one Jitendra Kumar as his business partner and alleged that the victim had affairs with him too.

The accused, Abhijit also claimed that the victim had borrowed around ₹ 12 lakhs from Jitendra and fled to Jabalpur. He also said that he killed Shilpa on Jitendra’s instructions.
Also, in the third video, he can be heard saying, “Babu heaven mein phir milenge”.
Police said Jitendra and Sumit have been arrested from Bihar and currently Jabalpur Police are interrogating them.
It was on November 6 that the accused had booked a room at Mekhla Resort, said Additional Superintendent of Police Shivesh Baghel.
The victim’s body was found in the resort room after the hotel management broke open the door on November 8.
The Officer further said that Police’s cyber cell, four special teams, are on the lookout for the accused.
