Battle for Bengal: Attack on Dharmendra Pradhan’s rally in Nandigram, BJP workers injured

Union Minister claimed TMC hand in the attack. He claimed that TMC goons targeted his poll rally to create unrest and panic as they fear big loss in the elections. He said that the party will complain to Election Commission against this violent act.

New Delhi: There is no let-up in violence during election rallies in the poll-bound state, West Bengal.

In the hotly contested Nandigram constituency, goons and unruly elements attacked Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s poll rally. A couple of BJP workers were injured in the alleged attack.

Injured BJP workers have been rushed to the hospital.
