Bengaluru: Air hostess passes away after falling from 4th floor, boyfriend arrested

While she fell from the balcony of the building, a murder case has been registered and her boyfriend has been arrested in the case.

New Delhi: An air hostess passed away at the age of 28, after falling off the fourth floor of a residential building in Bengaluru on March 12, Friday. While she fell from the balcony of the building, a murder case has been registered and her boyfriend has been arrested in the case. It is reported that they had fights often and both of them consumed alcohol on the night of her death.

Archana Dhiman, the deceased air hostess, arrived in Bengaluru from Dubai just four days prior to her demise. She was staying with her boyfriend Adesh at an apartment in Renuka Residency society in Koramangala, which has luxurious suburbs in the city. As per the investigating officers, Archana and Adesh had met on a dating site and were in a relationship for the past six months.

Adesh is an engineer working in a software company in Bengaluru.

Adesh, who is an accused in the case, revealed that they used to fight often and were drinking on the night when Archana passed away. As per his statement to the police, the air hostess slipped from the balcony. She was taken to a nearby hospital and was declared brought dead there.

The police filed a murder case against Adesh on the basis of suspicion of his role in the case. He is under police custody. The police is waiting for the deceased’s post-mortem report to initiate further investigation and action.
