Below here, one can check the questions, asked in the interview and the answers by Home Minister Amit Shah.

Will BJP use PM Narendra Modi’s face to win the Gujarat election?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is now the leader of India but Bhupendra bhai is seeing the current development of Gujarat. So, we will seek votes in the name of Bhupendra Patel not Narendra Modi. Bhupendra Patel is the face of the election people know his work that will make him win the election. If we cannot ask in his name then there is no point in bringing change.

BJP changed CM just a year after the last election, Do you think it will impact the party’s image among the public during the election?

On the above-mentioned question, Amit Shah said that the party changed the CM’s face for the first time after Mr Modi became the PM of the country. After this, Anandiben Patel came to power and she continued on the post till the age of 75. Then, Vijay Rupani took his chair and he held the office for five years. He transferred the throne to Bhupendra Patel who led the party and saw the development work after Rupani. ”We are fighting the election under his leadership,” added Amit Shah.

Notably, Patel was appointed as the new CM of Gujarat when Vijay Rupani tendered his resignation to the party back in September 2021.
