Budget for Youths:
1) One Class One TV Channel programme will be expanded to 200 TV channels
2) Digital University will be set up, equipped with world-class quality universal education
3) Virtual labs and skilling e-labs will be built to promote critical thinking skills
4) Government decided to increase allocation for Aatmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana to Rs 6,400 crore

Budget for Women:
1) Government planned to extend Har Ghar, Nal Se Jal to 3.8 crore households in 2022-23.
2) 2 lakh Anganwadis to be upgraded to Saksham Anganwadis
3) Allocation under National Health Mission to be increased to Rs 37,800 crore in 2022-23
4) New Schemes will be launched for women: Mission Shakti, Mission Vatsalya, Saksham Anganwadi

Budget for Startups:
1)Incorporation period of eligible startups will be extended for providing tax incentives.
2)5G technology will be promoted under Production Linked Incentive (PLI)
3)Significant allocations has been promised under various PLI schemes in 2022-23
4)C-PACE will be step to facilitate voluntary winding up of companies
5)Integration of Central and State level systems through IT bridges

Budget for MSMEs:
1)Extending ECLGS till March 2023 and increasing guarantee cover to Rs 5 lakh crore
2)Revamping CGTMSE for additional credit of Rs 2 lakh crore for MSMEs
3)New Rs 6,000 crore Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) programme
4)Interlinking of Udyam, e-Shram, NCS and ASSEM portals and their scope widened

Budget for Farmers:
1)Rs 68,000 crore will be allocated under PM KISAN in 2022-23
2)Delivery of digital and hi-tech services to farmers in PPP mode
3)Kisan Drones will be promoted to aid farmers
4)Reduction of surcharge on cooperative societies to 7% from 12% for those with income between Rs 1-10 crore
5)Fund with blended capital to finance agriculture startups
