New Delhi: While addressing an election rally in Bihar's Madhubani, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday lashed out at Congress for killing democracy for their own agenda. Yogi said that in 1975 Congress imposed a state of emergency. A suicide note purportedly written by Naik alleged that Goswami had not paid him his dues. Later, Goswami was also named in the FIR of Naik's death case. A closure report was filed in the case in 2019, but the case was re-opened after Naik's wife, Akshata, approached the court. I've ordered a CID re-investigation of the case," Deshmukh had tweeted. Bihar voted in the second phase of state assembly elections on Tuesday. Voting in the third phase will take place on November 7 and the results are scheduled to be declared on November 10
