It is reported that the eclipse can be watched on April 30. The people who are living in parts of Chile, Argentina, Western Paraguay, most of Uruguay and southwestern Bolivia, Southeastern Peru and a few part of southwestern Brazil can see a partial eclipse. The resident of the mentioned region will get the opportunity to watch eclipse during sunset and just before it.

According to the NASA, ”The eclipse will also be visible along parts of the northwestern coastline of Antarctica, in the Atlantic Ocean just off the southeastern coast of South America, including the Falkland Islnads, and in much of the South Pacific Ocean and the Southern Ocean.”

Timing to watch the Solar Eclipse

People can watch the partial eclipse at 12:15 am while the maximum eclipse will be seen after the two hours, at 2:11 am. According scientists, the eclipse will end at 4:07 am.

It is important to note that Solar eclipse should not be watched without protection. It is recommended that one should use special-purspose solar filters to watch the eclipse. The filters are used in hand-held solar viewers and eclipse glasses. They can be purchase through online and offline stores.
