‘I am Hindu but not Hindutvavadi’: Rahul Gandhi in Jaipur (VIDEO)

Rahul Gandhi in Jaipur: Congress leader said that Mahatma Gandhi was a Hindu but Gode was Hindutavadi.

New Delhi:  Congress leader Rahul Gandhi while addressing a rally in Jaipur on Sunday said that in Indian politics, there is a competition between two worlds- ‘Hindu’ and ‘Hindutvavadi’.

He further went on explaining both and said that the two words have different meanings.

He said that he is a Hindu and not Hindutvavadi. Rahul Gandhi also said that Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi was a Hindu but Godse who killed Gandhi was Hindutavadi.

He also described about who is a Hindu.

Describing the same he said Hindutvavadis spend their entire life searching for power and one can do anything to get it. Hindutvavadis follow the path of ‘Sattagrah’, not ‘Satyagrah’.

This country is of Hindus, not of Hindutvavadi, he said.

He further said, that Hindutvavadis are in power since 2014.

We need to throw these Hindutvavadis out of power & bring back Hindus, he said.
