“I will not backstab, blackmail…”: Karnataka Congress president DK Shivakumar (VIDEO)

Karnataka Congress president DK Shivakumar today left for Delhi amid ongoing talks in the Congress party for the next Karnataka Chief Minister.

New Delhi: Congress Karnataka president DK Shivakumar, one of the frontrunners for the post of Chief Minister of Karnataka while talking to the media before leaving for Delhi said that he will neither “backstab or blackmail” regardless of the party’s decision.

He said he don’t want to divide anyone here. He also said that whether they like him or not but he is a responsible man.

He said that Former Congress chief Sonia Gandhi is party’s role model and Congress is family for everyone.

Karnataka Congress president, DK Shivakumar will be meeting Congress party’s high command ahead of the party’s announcement on chief minister’s name.

DK Shivakumar leaves for Delhi today

Karnataka Congress president DK Shivakumar today left for Delhi amid ongoing talks in the Congress party for the next Karnataka Chief Minister.

Earlier today, he arrived at the Bengaluru airport.

Shivkumar celebrated his birthday on Monday and stayed in Bengaluru due to a stomach infection.

In Karnataka Assembly Elections 2023, Congress won 135 seats out of the 224 seats.

On Monday, Congress leader Siddaramaiah arrived in Delhi.
