New Delhi: A day after the last rites of Anjali Singh, the 20-year-old woman who died after she was dragged by a car for about 13 kilometers in Delhi’s Kanjhawala area now the Initial examination of the accused’s car suggests that the woman was stuck onto the front left wheel of the vehicle.
The FSL report said most blood stains were found behind the front left wheel of the car. Also, blood stains have been found on other parts too under the car.
Further, the Forensic Science Laboratory Delhi (FSL) reports said there was no sign of the woman present inside the car, found so far.
Also, the blood samples of all the five accused present in the car who were arrested, have also reached the FSL for detailed examination.

Victim was not alone
At the time when the victim’s scooty met with an accident, she was not alone. The girl, her friend was identified as Nidhi.
During the investigation, she said the men knew the girl got stuck under their car, but still, they kept dragging her.
She also revealed that Anjali was drunk but she still insisted on driving the two-wheeler.
Nidhi said after the scooty was hit by the car, Anjali came under the car, and she got dragged with it.
She also said she was scared and went away and returned home, and she did not tell about this incident.

In the CCTV footage, Anjali and Nidhi could be seen coming out of a hotel at around 1.30 am on January 1.

Anjali’s naked body was found on January 1.
