Land levelling work begins at Ayodhya Ram temple, all lockdown guidelines followed

The land levelling work for Ram temple began today. Keeping in line with the guidelines to contain the spread of Coronavirus, all preventive measure were undertaken including social distancing, sanitisation and masks.

New Delhi: The outbreak of deadly Coronavirus had put a brake on the activities towards the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. Now, the construction work for laying the foundation of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has begun.

According to a press release issued by the Temple Trust, the land levelling work for the temple construction began today. Keeping in line with the guidelines to contain the spread of Coronavirus, all preventive measure were undertaken including social distancing, sanitisation and masks.

Ram Temple ----

Limited staff and machines have been deployed for the land levelling work. As per release, 3 JCB, 1 crane, 2 tractors and 10 masons are engaged in first phase of construction.

The first phase of temple construction includes relocation of the idols from makeshift temple to temporary fibre structure where the deities would rest till the construction of the main temple completed.

The second phase would focus on cleaning and levelling of the temple land on 70 acre Ramjanmabhoomi premises.
